	Main Bathroom Finished to the highest standard this luxury bathroom, includes Shower, bath and sink.
	Dinning Area The dinning room has a beautiful hand painted dinning table and chairs, with doors leading to the pool and patio area.
	The Lounge The lounge offers comfortable seating and coffee table, with a colour T.V. and DVD player and stereo with a selection of CD's for your enjoyment. The lounge as well as the rest of the villa is tastefully finished for your comfort.
	Kitchen Area Fully kitted out kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Oven with Hob, Microwave Oven, Kettle, Toaster, plus pans, crockery, cuttlery, glassware for the whole family. A full size family washing machine in the down stairs Shower room. Again no expense has been spared in this beautiful fitted kitchin area.

	Eating Al Fresco A large covered area with dinning table and chairs, also traditional benches to give additional seating, plenty of room to enjoy eating al fresco.
	Pool Area The pool is probably our favourite feature of the Villa, the pool measures 8m x 4m . The shallow end is less than 1 metre deep and perfect for young children whilst the deep end reaches around 2 metres for older children/adults to really cool off. Also a available sunloungers, umbella and a table and chairs to while away the those lazy sunnny days

	Viila Mumbet Another picture of the villa, the villa is set on the edge of the village of Dogankoy. making its position perfect for exploring the island. Only one mile to Girne (Kyrenia) A large supermarket is about a five minute walk or a minute or two in the car. The villa also boasts fantastic views of the mountains.
